  A Fishing Experience In Hawaii

 When my son was 18 years old, he had the opportunity to live in Hawaii. This is his fishing experience in Hawaii. One day they decided to go fishing, so they got on a boat and went about 32 miles off the coast of Oahu. Oahu is perhaps the most well-known, and definitely the most-visited of all the Hawaiian Islands. Oahu is the island with Honolulu, Waikiki, and the famous North Shore. For the first time in his life, he caught a 31 pound Doliphin Fish, also called “mahi mahi”. He had said, When the fish bit, it was a whale of a fight, but a well worth one. He used a Braid Runner Trolling Lure with a Quamtum Blue Runner Trolling Rod. He has many rods and reels to pick from, but he said those were his favorite, you can see why… There is a picture of him with the mahi  mahi posted here so you all can see. There was also a 2 year record of catching the Pacific Blue Marlin….That was 787 pounds and was 12′ 9, that was 30 miles off the coast of Oahu. Now I wish I had that picture. He also caught Tuna and Sail Fish. He is now into the fly fishing. He makes the flies himself. This will be another story on Fresh Water Fishing…..
